Casie Trosclair, FNP-C
Founder | Lead Functional Medicine Provider

Casie was born and raised in Thibodaux, Louisiana, where she graduated from high school and met her husband, Drake. Together, they are raising their two children, Nate and Vera.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nicholls State University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the University of South Alabama in 2009. Casie spent 11 years practicing in traditional medicine before transitioning into functional medicine.

Her path into this work was deeply personal. When her son was hospitalized at 14 months old with new-onset seizures, her family began a long and often overwhelming journey through the traditional medical system. Over the years, he saw countless specialists, received multiple diagnoses, and was ultimately diagnosed with autism at the age of six.

Through this experience, Casie began to question the limitations of conventional care and felt a strong pull to search for deeper answers. That search led her to functional medicine, where she discovered a new way of understanding health by looking at the body through a root-cause, whole-system approach.

By exploring her son’s history, genetics, nutrition, and lifestyle, she was able to support meaningful improvements in his overall health and functioning. This journey not only transformed her family’s life but also shaped the way she now cares for her patients.

Casie completed her certification through the School of Applied Functional Medicine in 2025 and has pursued advanced training in gut health, autoimmunity, hormone optimization, and peptide therapy.

Today, she focuses on helping patients uncover the root causes of their symptoms by addressing multiple systems within the body — supporting long-term healing, improved function, and sustainable health outcomes.
