Our mission with memberships is to create greater access to care within our community. While not everyone may be able to work with us one-on-one, we are deeply committed to continuing to educate, support, and empower our patients in every way we can.
We have intentionally designed our membership options to meet you where you are — offering multiple tiers to fit a variety of needs and price points. Whether you’re looking for foundational education from our Certified Nurse Health Coach or more in-depth, provider-led group education, there is an option for you.

Basic — $25/month• Community education
• Monthly group coaching call (Chelsey, RN) • Meal planning + exercise guidance • Private community board • Adult + pediatric options available |
Mid-Tier — $50/month• Everything in Basic
• Monthly NP-led education + Q&A • Access to either adult group or pediatric autism group |
Premium — $100/month• Everything in Basic + Mid
• Optional 30-minute monthly NP visit • Accountability support through nurse coaching and/or provider wearable data monitoring • Access to GLP-1 therapy, peptide therapy, women’s hormones, thyroid and bone optimization |
Men's Hormone Optimizaiton - $149/month
• Everything in Premium (excluding women’s therapies)
• Testosterone cypionate + all supplies shipped to your home
• Telemedicine available
In our experience, insurance often does not cover testosterone therapy, and when it does, it may still require additional costs for supplies, visits, and monitoring. Cash-pay testosterone alone typically runs around $90/month and does not include syringes, needles, alcohol wipes, or provider oversight.
